Looking back now, it was indeed reasonable to flag this project as a potential risk initially.
When I first came across this project in October, I started analyzing its social media data. The results immediately seemed off—this tweet only received 32 likes, yet the view count soared to 60,000. Such a ratio is clearly abnormal. I also checked the previous tweet, which only had about 300 views, and the stark contrast made me think twice.
Data fluctuations like these could be caused by a few possibilities: either paid promotion, anomalies in the data itself, or some special manipulation behind the scenes. Of course, I can't guarantee which scenario is true, nor can I be certain whether the project's actual gameplay and subsequent logic are developing as I analyzed. After all, predicting a project's trajectory involves too many variables.
But these subtle signs of abnormal data are definitely worth remaining cautious about.
