【ChainNews】MANTRA co-founder John Patrick Mullin announced recently that the project will initiate a corporate restructuring plan to optimize the team structure. This round of adjustments involves multiple departments including business development, marketing, and human resources, aiming to improve operational efficiency.

Mullin pointed out that the market shocks in mid-last year and ongoing downward pressure have posed significant challenges to the cost structure. He believes that the core goal of this restructuring is to refocus on the RWA (Real World Asset Tokenization) sector, streamline organizational structure to enhance capital utilization efficiency, and ensure the project remains a leader in the highly competitive RWA track.

ngl, this is another round of "strategic adjustment"... To put it nicely, it's optimization, but in reality, it's layoffs. Even if RWA becomes popular again, it can't withstand the market pressure. Whether MANTRA can survive this move depends on what happens next.

It's the same old trick of cutting costs, sounds very respectable. Is RWA really that popular? Feels like everyone is convinced. Restructuring is just fancy talk for layoffs; when the market is bad, you have to slim down. How long can MANTRA last? Not very optimistic. Another wave of layoffs and restructuring, sounds like a forced choice. Is RWA really that promising? It feels like everyone is betting on it. Saving costs sounds nice, but it’s probably just because they have no money. Streamlining the organization = reducing headcount. We've heard this line so many times. Returning to strategic focus... where did the previous focus go? That’s the question. Most project reorganizations seem to be just to stay alive, and MANTRA is no exception. RWA is a good direction, but does this pace feel a bit too late? Market crash → layoffs → storytelling, this sequence is becoming more and more polished.
