Why have more and more people born in the 80s and 90s been passing away in recent years?
Recently, a funeral director mentioned online that more and more people born in the 80s and 90s are being laid to rest, and data shows a sharp increase in deaths among these age groups.
I don't know whether society as a whole is aware or unaware, but the long-term harm caused by high stress and prolonged sedentary lifestyles is severely underestimated. These two factors cause comprehensive and all-encompassing damage to the human body. If one is affected, the body is unlikely to recover; being affected by both often leads to early death.
Many people don't understand that the human body is not compartmentalized. Emotions, posture, endocrine function, nervous system, sleep, digestion, sexual function, and other aspects are highly interconnected. There is no such thing as isolated good or bad health.
For example, if you experience long-term mental stress, with cortisol levels remaining high, the direct consequences include:
Your body craves high-sugar, high-salt, and high-carbohydrate foods; visceral fat conversion becomes highly efficient, leading to a protruding, hard belly, and eventually fatty liver.
Your gastrointestinal system is in a state of stress, causing digestive capacity to collapse, resulting in diarrhea or constipation.
Shoulder and neck stiffness, sympathetic nervous system hyperactivity, difficulty falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, shallow sleep, and frequent awakenings.
Extreme fatigue that prevents relaxation, with sympathetic nervous system overactivation, leading to erectile dysfunction; even if an erection occurs, early ejaculation is likely.
Chest tightness, shallow and rapid breathing.
Each of these issues can exacerbate the others, creating a death spiral where physical health deteriorates rapidly, until the mind and body are completely overwhelmed and collapse.
