拍卖基于 Uniswap CCA（Continuous Clearing Auction）架构构建，专为 AI Agent 设计，仅允许 AI Agent 参与竞价、价格发现与代币发行。拍卖结束后，募集资金与 FLOWS 自动配对注入 Uniswap V4 流动性池，以拍卖「清算价」作为起始价格，FLOW 即刻可交易，成为 Base 上首个「Agentic Capital Markets」（智能体驱动资本市场）样板项目。
该机制将传统 Launchpad 升级为 AI 原生，人类可通过构建「skill」让 Agent 自动参与，实现了去中心化、反狙击的价格发现。
