Odaily星球日报讯 原 Fantom 团队打造的 Layer 1 公链 Sonic 表示，计划通过自建及收购核心协议应用与基础设施，推动原生代币 S 的价值积累机制升级，并暗示未来可能进行相关并购。
Sonic Labs 在最新声明中指出，团队将重点布局代币效用、流动性与使用场景交汇的关键基础设施，通过内部化和商业化核心经济活动，减少价值从生态应用层外流。同时，Sonic 仍将保持对开发者的开放与无许可特性。
团队表示，过去依赖“用户增长—交易增加—Gas 消耗提升—代币价值回流”的模式已难以持续。随着 Rollup、模块化架构及高性能公链的发展，区块空间供给增加导致手续费持续压缩，仅依赖 Gas 收入已不足以支撑 L1 长期价值。
Sonic 是一条兼容 EVM 的高性能公链，目标实现接近即时确认与极高吞吐量，目前正尝试通过更深层的生态整合，重塑 Layer 1 的价值捕获路径。
