Foresight News 消息，Espresso 基金会宣布将推出 ESP 代币，根据 ESP 代币经济模型，初始代币总供应量的 10% 将用于首次空投。同时，另有 24.81% 将预留用于未来的空投、赠款和奖励。首次空投中无人认领的代币也将重新分配用于未来的空投。Espresso 表示，将通过为每个钱包地址计算持有者评分来发放空投，持有者评分通过分析地址在收到先前空投后的行为来衡量长期投资意愿。该方法考察用户是否持有、质押或出售了来自主要生态系统空投的代币，这些空投项目包括 Caldera、Arbitrum、ApeChain、Hyperlane、Succinct、LayerZero、Uniswap、EigenLayer 等。
此次空投将向参与 30 多项活动的超过 100 万个地址发放，符合条件的地址可在代币发行当天领取代币，这些用户包括：2024 年主网注册活动参与者、Espresso 的 NFT 系列“The Composables”的持有者将根据特定的快照日期和长期持有情况获得奖励、参与 Espresso 的 Build & Brew 黑客马拉松和 Brew House 加速器的开发者们、Espresso Caffeinated 创造者计划的成员、参与 Espresso 在 Kaito Launchpad 上举办的社区销售活动并竞标配额的参与者、过去两年中，在各种 Espresso 活动（线上和线下）中获得 POAP 的人士、参与 ApeChain 和 RARI Chain 之间首次无缝跨链 NFT 铸造的人员、其他社区活动以及合作伙伴生态系统用户。
