PANews 12月10日消息，据The Block报道，Compound创始人Robert Leshner领导的Superstate宣布推出“Direct Issuance Programs”，允许上市公司通过发行代币化股票，直接向通过KYC验证的投资者募集资金，投资者以稳定币支付、即时结算。该服务将运行于以太坊和Solana上，首批发行预计于2026年启动。该计划无需承销商，符合SEC监管框架，旨在推动资本市场链上化。
