Operation Objective
This guide will walk you through the steps to redeem your On-Chain Earn assets in the Gate App.
Steps
Step 1: Access the On-Chain Earn Page

Open and log in to the Gate App.

Tap Earn in the bottom navigation bar.

On the Earn page, select Staking to enter.
Step 2: Select the Product to Redeem

On the Staking page, tap the Positions icon in the upper right corner.

Locate the Staking product you wish to redeem.

Tap the product to enter its order details page, then tap the Redeem button at the bottom left of the page.
Step 3: Confirm Redemption Details and Complete the Operation

Enter the redemption amount (you can choose to redeem part or all of your assets).

Review and confirm the redemption details, including the redemption amount, estimated arrival time, and more.

Once everything is correct, tap Confirm to complete the redemption.

Some Staking products may have a minimum redemption amount. Please check the product rules before redeeming.

Once you submit a redemption request, it cannot be canceled. Please carefully review the redemption information before confirming.

Q2: Can I cancel a redemption request?
A: Once a redemption request is successfully submitted, it cannot be canceled. Please carefully review the redemption information before tapping Confirm.
