Q1. Where can I view the products I’ve purchased?

  • You can go to the “Dual Investment” page - [My Holdings] to check your purchased product list. Alternatively, go to the homepage, click on [Assets] - [Earn] to view all your active investment products.

Q2. Can I cancel after a successful purchase?

  • No cancellations are allowed once the purchase is successful. Your products will be automatically recouped during settlement at maturity.

Q3. Can I redeem early after a successful purchase?

  • Early redemption is not supported after a successful purchase. Your products will be automatically recouped during settlement at maturity.

Q4. What are the Recoupment Rules?

  • Example 1: Invest BTC to Buy BTC and Sell High in Dual Investment product User
    A invests 1 BTC in a Dual Investment product with a target price of 20,000 USDT, 100% APY, and a 31-day term. During product settlement at maturity,
    Scenario 1: BTC Settlement Price <20,000 USDT: Payout in BTC, Payout Amount = 1 BTC × (1 + 100% / 365 × 31) = 1.0849 BTC
    Scenario 2: BTC Settlement Price ≥20,000 USDT, Payout in USDT, Payout Amount = 1 BTC × 20,000 × (1 + 100% / 365 × 31) = 21,698.63 USDT

  • Example 2: Invest USDT to Buy BTC and Buy Low in Dual Investment product: User B invests 20,000 USDT in a Dual Investment product with a target price of 20,000 USDT, 100% APY, and a 31-day term. During product settlement at maturity,
    Scenario 1: BTC Settlement Price ≤20,000 USDT: Payout in BTC, Payout Amount = 20,000 USDT / 20,000 × (1 + 100% / 365 × 31) = 1.0849 BTC
    Scenario 2: BTC Settlement Price>20,000 USDT: Payout in USDT, Payout Amount = 20,000 USDT × (1 + 100% / 365 × 31) = 21,698.63 USDT

  • In summary, you will receive a 108.49% return at maturity regardless, but the final settlement currency varies depending on the relationship between the settlement price and the target price.

Q5. How will I receive the payout?

  • Once your purchase is successful, your principal and interest will be automatically paid out at maturity and credited to your Spot or Unified Account—no manual action needed.

Q6. Why is the payout coin different from what I invested?

  • The settlement currency depends on the comparison between the settlement price and the target price of the target asset at maturity. For example, in a BTC Sell High Dual Investment:
    • If the settlement price < target price, you’ll receive your principal and return in BTC;
    • If the settlement price ≥ target price, you’ll receive your principal and return in USDT.

Q7. Who should invest in Dual Investment products?

  • Profit-taking: Investors who want to earn investment return as well as extra interest; by selling your crypto at a target price.
  • Buy Low: Investors who want to buy the dips at target price when the market falls;
  • Buy More Crypto: Investors who want to buy more cryptocurrencies for investment;
  • Investors who want to buy more stablecoins for investment.

Q8. Why is the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of Dual Investment so high?

  • Dual Investment is a structured product based on selling options. When you sell an option, you receive a premium from the buyer, which is used to pay out the interest. The closer the options spot price is to the target price, the higher the premium—and therefore, the higher the annualized yield. However, this also comes with higher risk.

Q9. What are the risks of Dual Investment

  • Your assets are locked during the subscription period, meaning reduced liquidity.
  • According to the product rules, the settlement currency is determined by comparing the target asset’s price at maturity with the target price. In highly volatile markets, it becomes difficult to predict the final settlement price and its relation to the target price. For coin-margined investors, there is a risk that the invested currency may be converted into another at settlement. However, Dual Investment products compensate for this conversion risk with higher return %—the greater the chance of conversion, the higher the potential return.
