This guide will walk you through how to make onchain deposits and withdrawals on Gate Web.
Steps
Step 1: Access the Deposit Interface
- Log into your Gate account.
- Click "Assets" → "Funds Management" → "Deposit" → "Onchain".
Step 2: Generate Your Deposit Address
- Select the coin you want to deposit from the "Coin" menu.
- Select the specific network/chain that matches your withdrawal platform's network.
- Copy the deposit address or save the QR code.
Step 3: Complete the Deposit
Scan the QR code or paste the deposit address on the platform you want to withdraw from to complete the transfer.
Step 4: Access the Withdrawal Interface
- Log into your Gate account.
- Click "Assets" → "Funds Management" → "Withdraw" → "Onchain".
Step 5: Configure Your Withdrawal
- Select the coin you want to withdraw in the "Coin" menu.
- Choose a withdrawal blockchain for the asset that matches your deposit platform's network.
- Enter the withdrawal address and the withdrawal amount.
- Click "Withdrawal".
Step 6: Verify and Confirm the Withdrawal
- Input your fund password.
- Enter your Google verification code to confirm the withdrawal.
Step 7: Check Withdrawal Status
After completing the withdrawal, you can view your complete withdrawal history at the bottom of the withdrawal page.

- The selected deposit network must match the network of your withdrawal platform. If the wrong network is selected, funds may be lost permanently and cannot be recovered.
- The withdrawal blockchain must be consistent with the deposit blockchain you have selected on the receiving platform, or the asset cannot be credited and cannot be refunded.
- If you enter incorrect information or select the wrong network when making a transfer, your assets will be permanently lost. Always verify all information before confirming the transaction.
- Onchain transactions may take time to process depending on network congestion and blockchain confirmation requirements.
