With the highest appreciation since 2023, the Real Estate Investment Funds Index IFIX( has turned the tables in a cloudy scenario in recent months and has established itself as the best investment in February.
This month, it recorded an increase of 3.34%, after having suffered the biggest sequence of falls in its history in January, losing its role to fixed income as the protagonist, in a plot that had been driven by rising interest rates
