Elon Musk asks US court to stop OpenAI from becoming a for-profit company #BTC
Golden Ten Data reported on December 2 that foreign media reported that Elon Musk, a well-known American entrepreneur, asked a U.S. court to prevent the U.S. Open Artificial Intelligence Research Center (OpenAI) from "illegally" transforming into a for-profit enterprise. A spokesperson for OpenAI said Musk's application was "repeated and still unfounded." In February this year, Musk filed a lawsuit, alleging that when he provided financial support and other support for the establishment of OpenAI, he and the company's two co-founders had a protocol that OpenAI should be a "non-profit organization", but OpenAI went against its founding goals and mission and pursued profits instead. In June, Musk withdrew the lawsuit and re-indicted it in August. In November, Musk's lawsuit against OpenAI escalated again, accusing OpenAI of trying to monopolize the generative AI market.
