Yesterday was my biggest loss in crypto ever. I thought I was going long when I was indeed going short, and my stop loss did not get hit. I was outside in the sun and came home to a major loss.

I'm always using a stop loss and having strict risk management, but yesterday I did what I know I should not and i got punished for it!

I'm feeling very unmotivated and sad today, but it's all my fault.. I want to be as transparent about it as I can. I have always been truthful and open about what I do.

The small short trade, it's not the trade I'm talking about. It was higher up that I wanted to go long, but unfortunately, I went in the wrong direction.
