Tether Sanction Move Affects 161 Wallets, 11 Holding USDT Tokens
Tether has announced that it will be freezing its tokens in wallets belonging to sanctioned individuals on the OFAC list. Tether froze 161 Ethereum wallets, but most of them held no USDT tokens. The remaining 11 wallets hold over 3.5 million USDT tokens, with the majority held by one address linked to a recent hack.
