Is it finally waking up or is this another fake out?

$WIN ‌ has been sitting in the dirt for weeks, but look at that recent bounce off the 0.00001859 support level. It's actually starting to put in some higher lows on the daily.
Volume is still pretty thin compared to the old days, but the price action is creeping back toward that previous local high. If we can clear 0.00002100 and hold it, we might actually see some momentum.
Otherwise, it's just more than sideways chop. I'm keeping an eye on the order book because the sell side looks a bit heavy right now.
What’s the move here? Patience or jumping the gun?
