**Eligible trading pairs**

The competition covers a genuinely broad set of instruments:

- All USDT-denominated **spot** pairs on Gate
- All **ETF** trading pairs
- **Flash Swap** (all pairs)
- All USDT-margined **perpetual futures** pairs
- All **TradFi** pairs (traditional finance instruments including indices, commodities, metals, and FX)

That last category matters. Gate's TradFi offering means you can run your competition strategy across gold, oil, major equity indices, and forex pairs — not just crypto. For traders who already diversify across asset classes, that is a meaningful edge.

**Prize pool mechanics — read the fine print**

The $8M figure is the ceiling, not a guaranteed flat pool. The Team and Solo Contest combined pool can reach up to **7,200,000 USDT**, and it unlocks dynamically based on the number of valid participants — defined as users with at least **10,000 USDT in total trading volume** during the event. To be eligible for contest rewards specifically, you need at least **20,000 USDT** in cumulative trading volume. This is worth keeping in mind when sizing your activity for the month.

Rewards are credited within **15 business days** after the event ends. Subaccount volume does not count toward the main account, and subaccounts cannot participate independently.
