The surge in computing power prices is sweeping across the globe, and major companies at home and abroad are starting a new round of price adjustments. Alibaba Cloud issued three price increase announcements in four days, adjusting the prices for some model unit services of Bailing and the free API quotas of DataWorks. Anthropic has adjusted its enterprise-level product Claude Enterprise subscription model, shifting from a fixed fee of up to $200 per user per month to a pay-as-you-go model based on actual computing power consumption, with an additional fixed monthly fee of $20. CITIC Securities pointed out that the explosive growth in token call volume has led to a massive surge in demand for computing power. Meanwhile, supply-side constraints with various hard limits have limited short-term marginal increases, resulting in a serious shortage of computing power both domestically and internationally.
