It's been so many days. The transaction fees haven't decreased @Polymarket

Selling 50 and buying 50. The fees are around 3.6%,
almost double the claimed 1.8%.
Is this reasonable? Can someone knowledgeable explain?
(If you offset the rebate part, it's still above 1.8%)
