It seems many people these days take a good portion of their mental energy daily focusing and dwelling on the fact that there may be something wrong with them, if that’s not you feel free to scroll on but if it is let me tell you..


maybe there is something not normal about you… maybe you do have ADHD, autism, OCD etc etc, maybe you aren’t as perfect as you’d hoped to be, perhaps you have certain feelings or thoughts or do certain actions that you don’t deem to be normal or like everyone else, but let me tell you most people when you get them to open up to you usually have some sort of fault about themselves that they keep hidden. I actually find that these days it’s actually more strange for someone to not have something wrong with them 🤣 so don’t waste your time and emotional energy worrying or putting yourself down over your faults… is anything in nature faultless? Are the trees and plants faultless? look closely most of nature has blemish or faults… if you ever owned a pet was it completely normal? or did it also do and act weird sometimes? Nothing in nature is perfect, it doesn’t exist.. you have weaknesses and strengths.. recognise your weaknesses sure, but don’t put yourself down about them.. you likely have just as many strengths.. focus on the positive and don’t worry.
It is normal to not be entirely normal.
