honest question..


if AI writes 80% of the code.. does the developer become a director instead of a coder?
because that's basically what's happening right now. I spend more time reviewing, guiding, and prompting than actually typing code.
the job isn't "write code" anymore. it's "know what to build and tell the AI how to build it correctly."
is that still engineering or is that product management with a terminal open?
