I've been using AI for a long time, and three things have been most helpful to me:


1. Replacing search engines
2. Vibe Coding
3. Medical and health assistance

Points 1 and 2 should be easy for everyone to understand. I'd recommend everyone dig deep into point 3.

Physical exam reports, medical records, daily discomforts, even psychological issues—you can communicate more with AI and transform it into a premium private doctor. It's remarkably effective!

I started with ChatGPT and Gemini.

Now for medical and health matters, I use Baichuan more often.

Because I found that ChatGPT tends to go along with what I say too easily. That's fine normally, but with health issues, isn't that asking for trouble?

Gemini often says things with great confidence that are completely false. Once you believe them, the consequences are endless!

Only Baichuan AI (Bai Xiaoyingbot), which specializes in medical services, is different.

The literature they cite are all professional medical journals.

When answering questions, they're particularly rigorous.

For example, when I asked whether a fish oil product was suitable for me, other AIs immediately launched into analysis.

Baichuan first asked me about various health indicators.

Only after gathering sufficient information did they carefully provide an answer.

And for non-medical questions, they directly refuse to answer!
