The Four Iron Laws of Navigating Bull and Bear Markets: My Core Philosophy for Surviving in Crypto
Newcomers often think that contracts are a shortcut to "get rich overnight."
But what is the real market? It’s the graveyard for countless gamblers and emotional traders.
Having traded for many years, my deepest insight is: surviving in this market is victory.
Sharing four principles I hold as sacred to help you avoid 90% of the pitfalls and outlast others.
🧨 First: Always Keep Your Cards Close
Never go all-in impulsively. Any seemingly fierce market move can reverse at any moment.
Money management isn’t cowardice; it’s the survival baseline. Leave room for error—if you make a mistake, you can review and adjust; only when you run out of all three chances is it truly a loss.
🧨 Second: Follow the Trend—The Greatest Speculative Wisdom
Human nature loves to buy the dip and sell the top, believing they can predict the market.
In reality, those who follow the trend prosper, while those against it perish. When the trend is upward, pullbacks are opportunities to add money; if the trend hasn’t broken, hold patiently.
Don’t fight the trend; market inertia is always stronger than you think.
🧨 Third: Take Profit and Cut Losses—Strict Discipline
The hardest part of this industry isn’t analyzing charts, but exercising restraint.
Making money is easy; protecting it is hard. Orders without stop-loss are ticking time bombs.
My strict rule: individual losses should not exceed 5% of total capital; target profits should be over 5%; maintain a win rate above 50%. Strict discipline ensures your capital curve rises steadily.
🧨 Fourth: Reduce Trades, Learn to Wait
Beginners love to trade frequently—five or six trades a day, treating trading like a physical activity.
Bro, trading is an art of waiting, not a speed contest.
I limit myself to 2-3 trades per day, only acting with a plan. The market is always there; no need to enter every moment.
📝 Summary:
No all-in, follow the trend, control risk, trade less.
In crypto, being steady, patient, and surviving is more valuable than any so-called secret to getting rich fast.
