"By 2035, 80% of industries will be unemployed"
By 2035, 80% of industries will be replaced by AI.
This is not scare tactics; it’s the reality happening right now.
Suddenly, I understand the older generation:
Smartphones became popular almost 20 years ago. They and our generation started using smartphones at the same time, but even now, they still can’t navigate, hail a ride, or handle online services. The things they’re really good at are scrolling videos and online shopping.
Twenty years ago, they were only 40 years old, about the same age as we are now. It’s not that they’re less smart; it’s that they stopped learning and were left behind by the times.
And now, it’s our turn—Post-80s and Post-90s.
AI is no longer the future; it’s the present!
I now rely on AI for writing, designing, and making short videos—doubling my efficiency.
What used to take others half a day, I can finish in half an hour.
But what about the many people around me?
They haven’t even opened a single AI tool. When AI is mentioned, they think it’s “high-tech and distant.”
When it comes to learning new tools, they say, “I can’t learn it” or “It’s not necessary.”
Isn’t this exactly how our parents were?
The same stubbornness, the same closed mindset.
Don’t think a stable job is secure.
In less than 5 years, many private sector jobs will be replaced by AI;
In less than 10 years, even stable positions will be marginalized if you don’t upgrade your skills.
I call 2026 the true “Year Zero” of AI.
It’s not just a concept or a gimmick; it’s the year when AI can really do work and replace humans.
We always blame our parents for not seizing the housing boom back then, but ultimately, it’s a matter of awareness.
Twenty years from now, our children will point at us and say:
“Back when AI was such a huge opportunity, why didn’t you learn or seize it?”
The scariest thing isn’t that the times are changing; it’s that we’ve become the “older generation” who can’t keep up.
We’re trapped in an information bubble, surrounded by peers who complain, lie flat, and give up. No one teaches you new skills, no one pulls you forward. Especially those in stable jobs—the more stable the environment, the more rigid the mindset, and the easier it is to be left behind.
Don’t wait five years—mark 2026 on your calendar!
Wake up early, improve yourself after work, quit useless socializing,
break out of your circle, learn new things, upgrade yourself, and grab a ticket to the next era.
2035 won’t wait for anyone. In the AI era, only those who wake up early will have a way out.
That’s all. Now, let’s get some crayfish going—oh man, the tokens are too expensive, I can’t afford it!!!
