We say “my money is in the bank”

but:
• the bank lends it out
• the bank earns the interest
• you get almost none of the profits
• you pay fees to move it
• transfers can take days
people aren’t blind anymore. that’s not how money should work.
banks have been milking people for decades. we’re not going back to that shit.
it’s time to update the system.
