Brokerage PC Version Trading Software Real-Time Transaction Report Push Issue
Recently, I encountered that the PC trading software of CITIC Securities and Galaxy Securities does not provide real-time trade execution push notifications. The trading software (not market data software) also does not refresh automatically; unless I keep manually refreshing, I have no way of knowing whether a trade has been executed. I asked the customer service and branches of these two brokerages, but there was no solution. They said that currently, the system only pushes notifications on the mobile version because server load is high, and they mainly focus on short-term trading, which they cannot tolerate. I am planning to switch brokerages and would like to ask everyone: which brokerages’ PC trading software currently offers real-time trade execution push notifications and can refresh automatically?
