The best recent market conditions are still resting, at least surpassing 80% of people. Today, let’s talk about the technical aspect. [Taogu Ba]
Old fans are well aware that high suppression and chaotic market conditions tend to lead to group behaviors, while also paying attention to style shifts. During this sideways movement, I bought three stocks: Juli Sigu and Zhejiang Wenlian, and NetSun Technology. Ultimately, due to market interference, non-ferrous metals hit continuous floors, and fearing a correction in business aerospace and AI, I sold them for a small profit. Their essence is that the cycle is in chaos; they belong to the old cycle survivors. Although I sold them, the thinking is correct. Before the cycle tide recedes, there are only two key points: 1. Survivors, 2. Testing new low positions.
My understanding of survivors differs from others. I believe that first, you must withstand the cycle tide (resist falling). The current shape of Juli and Zhejiang Wenlian is different from what we previously did with Pingtan Development and Aerospace Development, but the essence is similar. When Pingtan Development was sideways, I immediately reminded fans, and the same with Aerospace Development. I and many fans were among the first to buy in. Their buy points are only three: 1. Testing the lower band (stop-loss if broken), 2. Breaking through the platform, 3. Going from 1 to 2. Absolutely avoid going from 2 to 3, because many stocks get stuck at the third board (a critical hurdle).
Now, let’s look at some recent cases. I’m not telling you to do anything, just explaining; trading requires conditions.
The above two are space adjustments, which you can also understand as range platforms; essentially, they are platform consolidations.
These two platforms are relatively standard consolidations. I previously mentioned three buy points, including days 5-7—don’t make random moves during this period. They usually start around days 5-7, and must have identifiable themes, withstand the cycle tide, and have capital operation. They generally appear in high suppression.
Today’s benefit for everyone is that several conditions must be met for higher success rates.
Additionally, a fan asked me about the logic behind buying Hang Electric Shares underwater yesterday. I won’t disclose this in the public area, including yesterday’s Hengdian Film & TV and today’s Hang Electric Shares. Over the weekend, I will share a case study on the Hang Electric Shares logic with my supportive old fans.
Thanks to the fans who rewarded me: @10475810’s Blog, @MoHan0, and @2024MustTurnAround.
