Hello everyone, I am Brother Trend, focusing on leading stocks and trends, skilled at capturing logical patterns. Logic is everlasting, and trends never cease [Taogu Ba].
All that I lose is not truly mine; all that I seek is constrained by circumstances.
On Monday, I unfollowed last week’s Lio, which did not hit the limit-up and faced resistance at the previous high, so the market took a休息 (rest).
I paid light attention to documents like Nongfa, and on Wednesday the 10th, I increased my关注 (attention), took profits at the冲高 (price surge), and unfollowed. Today’s rise was less than 5%, so I unfollowed again.
On Tuesday, I focused on Kangqiang and Telecom, and on Wednesday, after冲高, I unfollowed and continued休息 (rest).
On Wednesday, I paid attention to Continental Oil & Gas, and on Thursday, after冲高 without hitting the limit-up, I unfollowed. On Friday, I kept an eye on the floor price.
On Wednesday, I focused on Orient Sunshade (photovoltaic equipment). It was a pity that it didn’t hit the limit-up that day, but fortunately, it withstood压力 (pressure) on Thursday,冲高 (surged), and I unfollowed. Today, with a低开 (gap down), I continued to关注 (monitor).
On Thursday, I paid attention to Saiwu Technology on green盘 (green market), and Dongbai Group, which didn’t hit the limit-up, was a pity. It didn’t move today, but冲高 (surged) again, so I unfollowed.
The market is unstable, and I didn’t overthink it. When things don’t feel right, I just闪了 (fled).
Last time, a friend asked about how to handle leading stocks. Brother Trend has summarized some points for brothers and sisters to参考 (reference).
Leading stocks are essential for短线交易 (short-term trading). But they are also high-risk, requiring strict discipline and敏锐的市场嗅觉 (keen market intuition).
Here are some core tips for leading stock战法 (trading strategies):
1. Core characteristics of leading stocks (how to identify leading stocks)
Largest涨幅 (price increase): Usually the earliest to start within the sector, with the highest涨幅 (gains), often showing连板 (consecutive limit-ups) or trend acceleration.
Strongest带动性 (driving power): Its上涨 (rise) can drive the entire sector or even market sentiment.
Independent走势 (trend): Even if the market调整 (adjusts), it can逆势走强 (move strongly against the trend) or quickly修复 (recover).
Key point: Leading stocks are not necessarily “the ones that涨得最多” (rise the most), but “the stocks most认可 (recognized) by the market, most资金聚焦 (funds focused), and with the strongest带动性 (driving power).”
2. Core operation principles for leading stocks
Buy on divergence, sell on consensus.
Buy on divergence days: When the leading stock首次放量换手 (first large volume turnover) — for example,炸板回封 (breaking limit and re-approaching),高开低走 (gap up then decline) but承接强 (strong support), indicating market有分歧 (disagreement) but资金仍然看好 (funds still optimistic).
Sell on一致加速 (converging acceleration): After连续缩量涨停 (consecutive limit-ups with decreasing volume), once爆量 (explosive volume, e.g.,巨量封不住板 — huge volume can’t hold the limit-up), it often容易见顶 (easily peaks) in the短期 (short term).
3. Specific entry points for leading stock战法
(1) First板/Second板试错 (trial of first/second limit-up):
Applicable in early爆发 (explosion) of新题材 (new themes). Observe which stock最强 (strongest) and最具带动性 (most driving power). Entry point: First limit-up with volume increase and re-approach, or second limit-up showing弱转强 (weak to strong, e.g., low open then high close with rapid limit-up).
(2) 三板定龙头 (three-board selection for main board), 创业板 one-board:
After two days of淘汰赛 (elimination rounds), the真正的龙头 (true leading stock) begins to脱颖而出 (stand out). Entry point: After三板高开换手 (high open and turnover on the third board),封板 (limit-up).
Avoid缩量加速 (shrinking volume acceleration) which容易被砸 (easily crushed).
Suitable when市场情绪好 (market sentiment is good); if sentiment不好 (bad), can低吸 (buy low) in secondary tiers for补涨 (catch-up).
(3) 龙头首阴 (leading stock’s first阴线 — downward candle):
When the龙头 (leader) first收阴线 (closes with a downward candle, not爆量大跌 — not with huge volume crash), next day有反包预期 (expectation of rebound).
**Entry point:**尾盘 (end of day) or次日低开 (next day gap down)稳住后低吸 (buy low after stabilization).
(4) Second wave机会 (second wave opportunity):
When the龙头 (leader)调整 (corrects) but不破关键支撑 (does not break key support, e.g., 10-day moving average), then再次放量涨停 (re-accelerates with volume and hits limit-up).
**Entry point:**突破前高 (break previous high) or确认二波 (confirm second wave) with首板 (first limit-up).
4. Risks of leading stocks
爆量见顶: Massive volume at high levels, limit-up cannot be held.
板块退潮: Sector declines,跟风股 (follower stocks) collectively跌 (drop), leading stocks难以支撑 (hard to support).
龙头滞涨: After连续涨停 (consecutive limit-ups), start横盘 (sideways) at high levels, no new highs.
Key point: Leading stocks多一条命 (have an extra life), but不要幻想它永远涨! (don’t expect it to rise forever!). 破位 (breakdown)也是极大风险 (a huge risk)!
The essence of leading stocks is “借势” (borrowing momentum) — leveraging the market’s strongest funds and sentiment to achieve最大利润 (maximum profit) in the shortest time. But high returns come with high risks; always保持警惕 (stay alert)!
Alright, this is my personal understanding. I hope it helps brothers and sisters!
