Bitcoin Technical Analysis ————

On the daily chart, Bitcoin shows a large bearish candle accelerating the bottoming process. After opening, it continued testing the false break below 60,000 and rebounded. Currently, it is trading below the lower band, with the Bollinger Bands remaining open. Short-term moving averages are arranged downward, and the MACD fast and slow lines are extending downward with increasing volume. The KDJ is near the 0 level, turning upward with support. The VR indicator is consolidating around 60. On the 4-hour chart, the price has not broken through the 7-day moving average and has been steadily declining. It is now slightly rebounding to test the 7 MA again. The Bollinger Bands are moving downward, with short-term moving averages continuing to extend downward. The MACD lines are maintaining a downward trend with signs of turning, and volume is decreasing. The KDJ is crossing upward, and the VR indicator is consolidating around 40. Overall, this bearish trend continues. As I mentioned yesterday, such a market is quite tricky; only bold short-sellers can profit. Rebounds generally do not offer good entry points. After this acceleration, the bulls are mostly cleared out, and a rebound is needed for correction. The market also needs a rebound to boost confidence. My current view is to go long, with proper risk management. Watch the support around 62,000, followed by around 58,000. Short-term trading advice.
