The operational strategies of some leading exchanges have recently been quite troubling. From user experience to ecosystem adjustments, some decisions are indeed hard to understand. In such cases, shouldn't the voices and feedback of users be better heard? With market competition so fierce, if the platform cannot respond to community concerns in a timely manner, users will have more and more options. Sometimes I really want to raise issues through certain channels to see if some changes can be driven.
