If you want to create truly compliant on-chain assets, the first thing to solve is the identity issue.

Looking at the compliant issuance plans promoted by $ONDO and $HBAR, they all point to the same pain point—participants' identities must be verifiable to participate. Otherwise, compliance is just empty talk.

IOTA's approach is interesting. Through self-sovereign identity and verifiable credentials, enterprises can prove who they are and what authorizations they have, without exposing sensitive data. This significantly reduces the cumbersome friction from user onboarding, risk control review, to cross-border settlement.

When RWA truly enters the institutional market, you'll find that identity verification is no longer an optional feature. It will gradually evolve into the foundational infrastructure layer of the entire ecosystem. Whoever can do this well will hold the key to entry.

Haha, you're right. Identity is indeed the key issue. However, I think the ONDO and HBAR solutions still feel a bit rigid. An autonomous identity system sounds good, but when it comes to actual implementation, it will still be stuck on regulatory issues. When RWA enters the institutional market, identity layers will become infrastructure, I agree. The question is, who can develop it first?

I've been saying for a long time that identity verification is the bottleneck, and now someone is finally taking it seriously.

Identity issues are indeed a hurdle, but IOTA's autonomous identity logic sounds promising. It would be rare to truly solve the contradiction between data privacy and verification efficiency.

Identity verification should have been prioritized long ago. It was always treated as a side dish, but now I realize it's the main course.

The identity layer is the new discourse power. Controlling verification means controlling the ticket. This logic makes sense.

Haha, finally someone said it. Identity verification is indeed the key to RWA.
