Bottom fishing sounds simple, but in practice, it often doesn't meet expectations. In the past few days, market fluctuations have led many to think about deploying at low points, only to get caught when the market turns. Seemingly simple strategies are actually quite difficult to execute—mindset, timing, and position management all need to be handled well. Have you had similar experiences? My biggest lesson from bottom-fishing is that you should never assume you can hit the lowest point; greed kills.

The hardest part of bottom-fishing is probably the mental preparation at that moment. Watching the price drop and still having the courage to buy in. I often excel at armchair strategizing but am a coward in real life.

Really, bottom-fishing is like gambler psychology; everyone thinks they can precisely position themselves, but in the end, a single all-in turn them into a leek.

Buying at the bottom turned into buying at the top, this is my signature skill.
