Why does the bottom 10% seem to control everything when it comes to wealth distribution? Meanwhile, the middle class—that 89% of us—can barely scrape together enough for a down payment on a house. The gap keeps widening. Real estate's become a playground for the ultra-rich while ordinary people are locked out. At what point does this become unsustainable?
