Ferra Protocol's recently launched LP Guild feature is indeed interesting. In simple terms, it transforms the traditional solo LP gameplay into a team collaboration mode—upgrading from a single-player game to a team-based competition.

Traditional liquidity mining is about playing solo, but the Guild mechanism is more like a guild system, with leaders leading teams, leaderboards for comparison, and collective goals. The entire experience is completely different. This is the first time in DeFi that LP has been played with a SocialFi gaming feel.

What's even more interesting is that this innovative gameplay is also the first of its kind in the Sui ecosystem. Combining social attributes with yield farming enhances user stickiness and engagement, making it a good attempt to attract new users into the DeFi ecosystem.

Hey, this Guild gameplay actually has some substance. Finally, no need to mine alone in silence. Team-based quests really have a different feel. I like the vibe of the guild leaderboard. Sui ecosystem's move is pretty good, but I wonder if the actual engagement can be sustained. I've tried many social mining schemes before, but the key is still retention. LP decentralized social? It's interesting but a bit hollow. Making money is the real key.
