Yesterday's market movement was really a bit tough. Bitcoin long positions missed the take-profit point by over three hundred points, and Ethereum as well. The second time the long position approached the expected target, but it still fell short by more than twenty points. To be honest, I was quite comfortable with the take-profit levels, but I felt a bit stiff when entering the position, trusting my judgment a little too much.

Sometimes the market just plays tricks on people — you want to go long, but it forces you to consider the possibility of going short. But I later realized a principle: truly high win rates often come from filtering out the noise and not being driven by emotions.

Now when I place trades, I pay more attention to the word "calm." Staying calm helps me see the market rhythm clearly and avoid being influenced by short-term fluctuations. This might be more effective than any technical indicator.

That almost explosive feeling... I really don't want to go through it again. Taking profits comfortably? Isn't that just being played by the market again? Mindset is easy to talk about, but you really have to grind it out in losses. I'm now trying to be "calm," but honestly, it's a bit tough. The most heartbreaking thing is missing out on the trend; I might as well stop looking at the minute charts. Haste makes waste; I only understand this now. The market loves to harvest overconfidence, and I am part of that group. Blocking out noise sounds good, but actually doing it is deadly.

Ha, just a few hundred points away from a mental breakdown, I understand, but isn't this just the normal state of the market? Staying calm is indeed the truth, it all depends on who can truly hold back and not look at the charts.

Missing out on a 300-point profit is indeed a bit regrettable, but maintaining the right mindset is something that really needs to be cultivated. --- I understand the character "静" (calm), but too many people get their mentality shattered by short-term fluctuations, resulting in repeated losses. --- As always, the market is constantly testing your psychological resilience; technical indicators are secondary. --- It's okay to take profits at a comfortable level, but the key is not to let the fear of being trapped dictate your decisions. --- Sometimes the market moves against you; the more you want to avoid losses, the easier it is to chase highs. You need to figure out this hurdle yourself.

Just a few hundred points away from taking profit, it really feels uncomfortable, but thinking about it, it's not too bad. Mindset is really the biggest enemy; sometimes you just get wrecked by yourself. Blocking out the noise is right; I'm also learning to stay calm.

It was almost perfect, just a small gap that feels uncomfortable Attitude is something that, when overanalyzed, becomes just a thin layer of paper; the key is still to get past yourself Blocking out noise is easy to say, but when it really matters, you're still influenced by emotions The "calm" I’ve come to understand now feels like it’s something learned after losing a few times Taking profits comfortably actually indicates that you might be a bit too greedy, haha

It was almost perfect, and that sense of regret is the most painful. But on the other hand, being able to recognize your own mental state issues is indeed progress. Most people are still there blaming the market.
