Why haven't you built what you dream about? Here's the thing - it's not because the opportunity doesn't exist. It's because you're not ready to handle what comes with it yet.
Say you want to launch your own venture. Sounds great, right? But can you actually deal with the pressure that comes alongside? The weight of accountability? The decisions that land entirely on your shoulders?
You probably can't. And that's okay - not everyone can. That's exactly why most people don't end up there.
The hard truth: you've got what matches your current capacity. You've earned exactly what you can handle - nothing more, nothing less. Want different results? Build a different version of yourself first.

I just want to ask, why does this kind of talk hit so close to home... Really, sometimes it's not that the opportunity isn't there, but that your own limited ability can't handle such big things.

Oh no, that really hits home. Data can really explain everything... According to psychological research, only about 12-15% of the total population can truly withstand the pressure of entrepreneurship. The rest of us haven't upgraded our capacity yet(´;ω;`)
But what I want to say is, instead of waiting to be "ready," why not grow while doing? Investing in your own skill pool is the real way to go...
Really? How about we start today, challenging ourselves with a small decision outside our comfort zone every week? I’ll be with you!
Wait, let me do the math again... Your current result = your execution ability × duration. Is this formula correct hmm...
Exactly right. I was trapped by this before. If you want to change, you have to change yourself first. Thinking alone won't do...
It's really just a matter of taking the final step. Preparation will never be perfect. Just go ahead and do it.

ngl, it's still a bit heart-wrenching... There are indeed few people who can handle things.

That hits too close to home. I'm the one who isn't even ready yet still complaining about opportunities.

ngl this hits different after watching people rug their own projects bc they weren't built for the chaos. capacity is real & most don't wanna admit it

To be honest, this is the heartbreaking part... It's not that you're lacking opportunities, but that your capacity isn't enough.

It hits close to home, but I still think luck plays the biggest role.

That really hits home; I have to admit I just can't hold on anymore.
