Deep Tide TechFlow News, January 15, According to The Block, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has concluded its multi-year investigation into the Zcash Foundation. The nonprofit organization announced in a blog post on Wednesday that the SEC will not take any enforcement action against it. The Zcash Foundation stated that they received a subpoena from the SEC in August 2023, related to an investigation of "certain cryptocurrency issuance matters (SF-04569)".
