Interesting things this week — two entrepreneurs from our portfolio proactively asked if they could join our second-phase fund as LPs. This is the meaning of what I do.
By the way, are there any investment institutions that have considered how to involve entrepreneurs in fund investments without paying management fees? Especially for investors with relatively small amounts? Currently, the SPV model seems a bit complicated. I wonder if there are any lighter solutions?
