The Zcash Foundation recently disclosed that it received a formal investigation subpoena from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 31, 2023, regarding matters related to the issuance of crypto assets. Notably, the SEC has recently completed the entire investigation process and officially notified the Zcash Foundation that no enforcement actions or follow-up measures will be initiated regarding this matter. This outcome is a positive signal for the privacy coin sector. The Zcash Foundation stated that this will not affect its established direction, and the team will continue to focus on building and improving privacy financial infrastructure.

The SEC took a look around and finally let it go, privacy coins live another day ZEC this time can be considered to have dodged a bullet, continue to quietly make big profits Wait, is the SEC really just going to let it go? Feels not that simple Privacy coins will never die; ultimately, it still depends on technological strength ZEC's transparency is good, big companies are just different

The SEC investigation is over and still nothing happened; privacy coins can finally breathe a sigh of relief. --- Zcash, your luck is pretty good this time; the SEC investigation didn't reveal anything. --- Someone has to hold down the privacy track; Zcash, keep going. --- By the way, is the SEC really done investigating? Privacy coins still seem to be sensitive. --- No enforcement actions, which is good; at least the project can continue. --- Now privacy finance can relax a bit. --- Why did the SEC suddenly become quiet? It's a bit strange. --- The Zcash Foundation's move was quite clever; they made it out alive. --- Is the spring of privacy coins coming? --- The investigation is complete and no charges were filed; this is good for the entire ecosystem.

SEC is no longer pursuing, which is a relief for ZEC. Privacy coins can still survive, I thought they were doomed long ago. ZEC's move this time is really brilliant. How to deal with the SEC? Another false alarm story, but at least we're still alive. Privacy infrastructure still needs to keep advancing; the road is long and difficult. Now I feel relieved; ZEC finally has a bit of a compliant vibe. Where is the promised ban? Why was it ultimately spared? Does it feel like the privacy track is about to turn around? I’m not so sure, let's wait and see. SEC's investigation is like playing house; in the end, nothing happened. If ZEC can truly become a privacy financial infrastructure, that would be impressive.

Did the SEC let it go? ZEC might have dodged a bullet this time Privacy coins can finally breathe a sigh of relief. I sincerely hope these kinds of projects won't be messed with anymore But what exactly is the SEC thinking, just turning away? That's interesting The ZEC team can now focus on improving technology, putting other things aside for now This is indeed good news for the privacy coin space, but we'll have to see what happens next

The SEC has looked into it and still approves privacy coins. Isn't that pretty good? Zcash has turned a crisis into an opportunity, and now it has more confidence. The privacy track is officially recognized, so there should be more developments to watch. Really? Is the SEC relieved? Wait, what does this mean... Is privacy finance about to take off?

Has the SEC given up? ZEC has dodged a bullet --- Privacy coins finally don't have to be so worried, really --- Wait, is the SEC ending the investigation like that? That's a bit surprising --- The ZEC team is tough, not swayed, and continues to develop privacy infrastructure --- Honestly, it should have been like this a long time ago; privacy is not money laundering --- This is good news for the entire privacy track, others are watching --- If the SEC can't continue the investigation, they admit defeat, haha --- Good news is good news, but will it really change anything? --- Is the spring of privacy currencies coming? --- The path to compliance is clear, ZEC is stable

SEC no action? Then privacy coins are considered to have survived this round, but regulation will still need to keep a close watch later.

The SEC has let it go, which means privacy coins are really not that non-compliant.
