My setup is quite simple: first, I select the critical developments that drive all markets in the first 5 minutes. Then I briefly touch on metals and talk about the stocks I have positions in. Finally, I dive into the crypto space in detail.

If you only follow crypto, at least don't miss that first 5-minute segment. Because the global economic signals during that time have already predicted the crypto movements.
