Honestly, nine out of ten people who enter the crypto world have fantasized about getting rich overnight. But you'll find that those who actually make money in this market are never the reckless gamblers, but rather those who have a clear rhythm, logical thinking, and know when to exit.
My account now has tens of millions, but that doesn't mean I was born to trade. When I first entered the market, I was just a retail investor with a few thousand USDT, with no big-shot background, no insider information, relying purely on two things to survive until now: first, I was lucky enough not to be too unlucky; second, I didn't operate recklessly.
Many people want to know how I turned a few thousand yuan into what I have now. The secret is actually just one sentence: don't gamble recklessly.
My starting point was 1,000 yuan, divided into five parts, each 200 yuan. This sounds conservative, but it was this conservatism that saved me. Every trade had a stop-loss, I never chase highs, go against the market, or hold onto losing positions. Every day I remind myself: you're not here to gamble your life away, you're here to "steal" the market.
If I can't see the trend clearly, I stay in cash and observe. Only after I understand it thoroughly do I confidently enter the market.
After my account reached 10,000 yuan, I started increasing my investment—but this wasn't a reckless all-in, but rather waiting for the trend to confirm stability, then gradually adding positions in batches. Only then did I truly understand a principle: making money is about riding the trend and eating the meat, not fighting against it.
When my account grew to 200,000 yuan, my first action wasn't celebration but withdrawal. Every week, I lock in some profits, turning floating gains into real cash. Not because I fear losses, but because I fear myself drifting away. The market is always there; if you drift once, it will teach you a lesson in how to behave.
Last year, a friend followed my approach from 800 yuan to 12,000 yuan. On the day he withdrew, he sent me over a dozen voice messages, his voice trembling the entire time. He said: "Bro, for the first time, I feel that in the crypto world, it's really not just about getting wiped out."
For retail investors, the biggest fear has never been losing money itself, but having no direction at all. When working alone, emotions will always pull you off course. But if you can grasp the rhythm, you don't need to fight desperately. You only need three things: keep a steady mindset, understand the trend, and execute decisively.
The reason I can go from a few thousand yuan to where I am now is not because of some extraordinary talent. Ultimately, it’s just knowing when to act and when to stop. How to walk this path is up to you. But I’ve already pointed out the direction.
