The Zcash Foundation recently revealed that they received a subpoena from the U.S. SEC regarding a specific digital asset issuance matter on August 31, 2023. However, the good news is that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has now concluded this investigation. The SEC's conclusion is that they do not intend to recommend any enforcement actions or other measures regarding this matter.

The Zcash Foundation stated that the end of this investigation will not affect their plans to continue advancing privacy financial infrastructure development. It seems that this privacy asset project will still move forward firmly.

According to on-chain governance data, ZEC's SEC pass this time is indeed highly significant — it finally provides a clear signal regarding the compliance boundaries of privacy assets. Notably, this has profound implications for the token economics restructuring of the entire privacy track.

The SEC actually let it go, now Zcash can safely continue building privacy infrastructure.

Hehe, the SEC has finally given the green light this time. Zcash, the veteran in privacy coins, still remains solid. Speaking of privacy coins, they are always under scrutiny... But since the investigation is over, just keep going. ZEC has truly stabilized this round, and the privacy infrastructure continues to expand. Brothers, don't panic. The best signal is that the SEC isn't taking action. The story of privacy finance is still being written. This approval is just another step. I'm just worried that new surprises might come later. Anyway, the road for privacy coins has never been easy. ZEC wasn't hit, and that's enough.
