Hi, are we regulating deepfake again? Anyway, these regulations are ultimately just formalism. I'm already tired of the compliance game; the real issue is who gets to define what is considered harmful. X has compromised, basically just afraid of fines. Regulatory creep is the most terrifying; once the EU takes action, the whole world follows suit.
