Recently, I found that someone is impersonating me on Telegram to scam people. Everyone must be careful! If someone contacts you claiming to be me, it's almost certainly a scam. My only official account is this one; verify before chatting. If you encounter suspicious accounts, report them directly. Don't fall for these fake accounts.

There are indeed an outrageous number of fake accounts on this TG. --- Just recognize my account, everything else is a scammer. --- People try to ride the trend and impersonate every day, I'm exhausted. --- If you encounter a fake account, report it directly, everyone. Don't get scammed out of your hard-earned money. --- These days, anything can be faked. Being cautious is never a bad idea. --- I only have this one real account. If you want to add me, first verify my identity. --- Again, someone is impersonating. These people are really idle.

lmao classic impersonation scam playbook... actually the math on telegram scams doesn't even check out, the bot detection rates are so high these days it's wild people still try. seen this exact pattern in like 2017 when every random dude claimed to be vitalik. ngl tho, if you're getting cloned that badly you might wanna audit your security posture... just saying

This scammer is too idle, riding the hype and even involving me haha --- Fake accounts are really everywhere, I've been impersonated too, so annoying --- Telegram is full of fake accounts, everyone be more cautious --- Another one? This identity impersonation issue is actually quite interesting. From a technical perspective, Telegram's verification mechanism does have vulnerabilities, and we need to see how the official team will improve this system.
