We are outsourcing trust layer by layer. Initially, we trusted individuals (craftsmen). Then, we trusted institutions (banks, platforms). Later, we trusted code (smart contracts). Now, @PerceptronNTWK is trying to make us trust a perception network co-built by machines and publicly auditable.
