Industry insiders have publicly distanced themselves from a certain Meme coin project. The token called Happy-Sci was launched by Siyuan, a member of YZi Labs, at the end of 2024, claiming to be a purely charitable project issued on the BNB Chain.

However, the situation took a sharp turn— the so-called "donation" funds of USD were destroyed, and the market value of $@E5@ million nearly wiped out. From fundraising to collapse, it was a complete capital risk event.

This incident also highlights the chaos in the Meme coin sector. Projects that claim to be charitable but are actually problematic ultimately harm participants. The market needs to be vigilant against projects that are well-packaged but lack substantive commitments. For investors, due diligence has never been excessive.

Once again, it's just a "public welfare" cover, the old trick. Saying $420,000 is gone just like that—how many people did that hurt? I really can't take it anymore. Meme coins are just casinos; no matter how good the packaging, it can't save them. YZi is also too embarrassing this time; it's already late to draw a clear line. Funding collapses in just a few months? This speed is incredible. Next time, we must keep our eyes open and not be brainwashed by the words "public welfare." Meme coin players got cut again this time; I feel for them. It's 2025, and some people still believe in "pure public welfare"? I really didn't expect that. Even industry insiders have to come out and disassociate themselves, showing how serious the problem is. Is this the current state of Web3? It's too difficult.

It's another scam under the guise of charity, and this time it died so quickly. Siyuan dragged YZi Labs into this mess, so dishonest. Four million just vanished into thin air? Laughable, meme coins are just like casinos. It seems now as long as you talk about charity, you can raise funds. The market really needs to wake up. I just want to ask, how can projects like this still be listed on so many exchanges? Next time, before looking at a project, check the team members' backgrounds. Don't be fooled by the story. This is the real reason Web3 gets criticized—it's always the same lousy act.

Another "charity" front has been exposed, this time directly bankrupt and cleared out Happy-Sci, huh... I knew there was something wrong with this thing $420,000 destroyed? How was it destroyed? Probably secretly transferred away, I bet 5 bucks Meme coins are just casinos, really, don’t overthink it For projects on public blockchains, I now have to ask again: who is backing this? Such incidents will become more and more frequent in the future, get used to it everyone Just new tricks to scam retail investors, they dare to go public after some packaging I just want to know where Siyuan is now Doing homework is really more important than anything else, check out the people before looking into projects People losing money should wake up, next time remember a bit more This track is just a game of hot potato, whoever ends up holding the bag at the end loses

Another "public welfare cover" to scam retail investors? Wake up, everyone. These days, pretending to be charitable to deceive people, destroying 420,000 directly, it's hilarious. Meme coins are just gambling venues. This time, Happy-Sci serves as a textbook-level negative example. After the big V finishes, they cut ties, really disappointing. Next time, check the project's team history first, don't be brainwashed by just a word like "public welfare," brothers.

It's the same old trick, charity on the surface, cutting leeks for profit underneath. Coming again and again? Who still believes in the word "charity" these days? 42,0000 directly destroyed, that must be heartbreaking haha. Meme coins are like this—this year's charity, next year's speculation. While enjoying the show, we also need to stay alert and not be fooled by the packaging. Just cut it if you want, the tuition has been paid. What is this guy thinking? Does he really believe he can cover up the lie? 4 million gone down the drain, and the leeks will cry again. That's why DYOR really isn't a joke. This is why I only watch and don't buy Meme coins. It's the same old routine on the BNB chain, all tricks look alike.

Another "charity" facade has been torn off, hilarious Destroying $420,000 worth of charity projects directly? I’ve truly never seen this move before That's how meme coins are, bragging today and zero tomorrow People at YZi Labs doing this, they must lose some credibility Someone should have exposed these scam projects one by one long ago This kind of thing will happen again in the future, don’t expect any due diligence Basically, it’s just a quick scam and run, pity the retail investors who believed in "pure charity"

It's the same old trick, all scams disguised as charity Someone got rug pulled again, this is the fate of meme coins Happy-Sci? More like Happy-Scam... 420,000 just gone And some still believe in this nonsense of "pure charity," it's really laughable Market cap from 4 million to 0, how tragic is that... I haven't touched this YZi Labs' reputation also took a hit this time, it's too risky to tie up with such projects Basically, it's just story-driven rug pulls, old tricks all over again Next time I see the words "charity," I'll just pass directly—lesson learned the hard way That's why I only HODL mainstream coins, everything else is a risky game

Another "charity" scam, the tricks are the same Happy-Sci's move is really outrageous, $420,000 just destroyed on command? Most Meme coins on public chains follow this kind of scheme That's why I never touch projects without a background; DYOR is truly not just a slogan Siyuan probably just got publicly humiliated this time A Ponzi scheme rebranded as a charity organization, I really can't believe it So, when you see the words "pure charity," just walk away—no exceptions
