President of the National Institute of Bitcoin (@BitcoinPolicyFr) and strategy director at @bitstack, he marked 2025 with political and community engagement.

A candidate in the partial legislative elections in the 2nd district of Paris with a platform focused on monetary sovereignty through Bitcoin, he also leads INBi, an association created in March 2025 to promote academic debate and raise awareness among French decision-makers about the challenges of this technology.

@StachAlex began his career in 2015 at Azzana Consulting, where he was already studying the fundamentals of blockchain. That same year, he co-founded Blockchain France, which became Blockchain Partner in 2017. Following the acquisition of his organization by KPMG France in 2021, he served as Director of Blockchain & Cryptos until 2022.

After a period as an independent consultant, he joined Paymium in 2024 as strategy director. In September 2025, he joined Bitstack to lead the startup's strategy and communication, further establishing himself as a leading figure in the Bitcoin ecosystem in France.
