🚨 Iran Uses Crypto Payments to Circumvent Sanctions
🔖 According to TRM Labs analysis, since 2023, Iran's sanctioned Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has transferred at least $1 billion through British crypto exchanges Zedcex and Zedxion
➡️ Transactions related to the IRGC accounted for more than half of the transfer volume on these exchanges.
Official authorities have not commented on TRM Labs' data, although recently the Financial Times reported that Iran is considering accepting crypto payments for the sale of ballistic missiles, military ships, and other weapons.
