I want to complain about the KYC review issue for a certain project. The small account passed using a friend's information, no problem; the main account with OG status was directly rejected. The same review process, but the results are worlds apart, which is a bit ridiculous.

Has anyone else experienced KYC failures? Many people have reported that project team email responses are very slow, and a large number of support tickets go unanswered. The Discord community also hardly handles these kinds of issues.
