The Booster task is scheduled to start at 6:00 PM on January 12th, but the participation conditions have been adjusted—besides achieving the required points score, an additional 5 points must be spent to participate. The threshold has indeed been raised quite a bit.
The specific timing for the TGE has not been announced yet, but based on past patterns, it usually occurs around the same time as the Booster, estimated between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. To participate in the TGE, you need to prepare 3 BNB.
