Really, watching the K-line until my eyes hurt, and the market is still running. Automation is the way to go, why do humans have to stare at the charts? Sleep is more valuable, much more than watching charts all day. The chain doesn't rest, people need to rest, that's the reality. Set up the bot and then relax, why bother being a 24-hour guard yourself? Ultimately, you need to find a balance, or you'll end up depressed sooner or later.
